The lads at throtl are on a mission to transform their Liberty Walk Z into a showstopper for the upcoming SEMA show. With just two days to go, there's still plenty of work to be done. They need to cut, weld, and seal the fenders, paint the body kit, and make sure the custom forged wheels fit. It's a race against time, but they're up for the challenge.
First things first, they tackle the fender cuts. With precision and skill, they get the job done, allowing the car to lay out flat on the ground. It's a crucial step in achieving the desired look. Once the cuts are complete, they clean and seal the fenders to prevent any future rust issues. With that out of the way, they can focus on putting the body kit back on.
Using Downstar Hardware, they meticulously mount the kit, ensuring a perfect fit. It's all about the details, and they want everything to be just right. The team takes a moment to appreciate the lowered back of the car, but they can't resist the temptation to go even lower. However, they wisely decide to wait until the wheels and tires arrive before making any further adjustments.
In the meantime, they take a detour to discuss Pelo racing shoes, which offer both comfort and style. It's a brief interlude before they get back to work. The body kit is removed to be sent out for paint, and they start plating the holes in the fender well. It's a meticulous process, but they know it's necessary for a clean finish.
Next up is the installation of a Willwood big brake kit. It's a perfect fit, and the brakes look absolutely badass behind the custom wheels. With the brakes complete, they move on to mounting the Motegi wheels, which have a custom paint job and a lip that's bigger than a credit card. The wheels are a showstopper, and the team can't contain their excitement.
As they mount Falcon tires on the wheels, they can't help but admire the overall look of the car. The body kit is back on, the spoiler is in place with titanium bolts from Downstar, and the car is inching closer to completion. They're proud of what they've achieved so far and can't wait to reveal the finished product at the SEMA show.
With just a few finishing touches left, the team is confident that their Liberty Walk Z will be a standout at the show. It's been a journey filled with challenges, but they've overcome them all. The car is a testament to their hard work, attention to detail, and passion for automotive excellence. The countdown to SEMA is on, and they're ready to make a grand entrance.
