The Fast Lane Car is back with an exciting new review of the 2024 GMC Acadia AT4. GMC is calling this the most capable Acadia ever, and they’ve certainly made some impressive changes. The vehicle is 10.6 inches longer, 8 inches of that in the wheelbase alone, and it’s also taller and wider. This means that the amount of cargo space behind the third row has grown by 80%, making it a much more usable family vehicle.
The Acadia is powered by a turbocharged four-cylinder engine, which produces 328 horsepower and 326 pound-feet of torque. This is more powerful than the outgoing model, and it’s also more powerful than the new Traverse. It’s paired with an 8-speed transmission, which helps to improve fuel economy.
The AT4 trim has a 1-inch suspension lift and specially tuned suspension for off-road capability. It also has integrated tow hooks and a metal skid plate for added protection. So if you’re looking for a three-row crossover that can handle some off-road terrain, the new GMC Acadia AT4 might be the perfect fit. Check out The Fast Lane Car’s review to learn more about this exciting new vehicle.

Viewers had a lot to say about the vehicles, from praising GM for continuing to "hit it out of the park" to noting the lack of certain features like a second row bench seat, low range, diff locks, and a two-speed transfer case. Some viewers were impressed with the vehicle's exterior design, while others thought it was too similar to a 2010-14 Nissan. Many viewers were concerned about the small engines being used to pull the weight around, and if the vehicles could handle the strain. Some viewers were also critical of the red rear turn signals, and the lack of quality compared to a Grand Highlander. Finally, some viewers were surprised to see GM featured in a video from The Fast Lane Car, and others were unimpressed with the amount of touchscreen features. It looks like GM has a lot to prove with their new mid-size crossover SUV lineup, and viewers are eager to see how it performs and holds up.
