The R34 GTT has emerged from the paint shop, and the team at Tj Hunt is positively giddy with excitement. After weeks of anticipation, they finally lay their eyes on the car, and boy, does it look good. In fact, it looks just like the mighty GTR. They can't help but marvel at the stunning purple-to-flop paint job, which shimmers with an abundance of bronze accents. It's a sight to behold.
But this car isn't just for show. It's the grand prize in a giveaway, with every dollar spent on the Hunting Company website earning fans an entry to win. And this is just the beginning. The team has big plans for the GTT, including adding wheels and performance modifications. They want to make this car a real head-turner.
One of the first things they tackle is the oxidation and yellowing on the headlights. They remove them and set to work on restoring them to their former glory. They also replace the fender lights with new ones, opting for a smoky look to match the overall aesthetic. It's the little details like these that will really make the car stand out.
Next on the agenda is the installation of the R34 crash bar, a key component in fitting the GTR front end onto the GTT. With the crash bar in place, they can proceed with the installation of the front bumper, which will no longer sag thanks to the added support. The car is really starting to take shape, and the team can't help but feel a sense of pride.
But they're not done yet. There's still more work to be done, including lowering the car and installing new brakes. And let's not forget about the Ganador mirrors and badges that will add that extra touch of style. The team is thrilled with the progress they've made so far, and they can't wait to see the final result. It's safe to say that the R34 GTT is well on its way to becoming a true masterpiece.
