DDE is at it again with the twin-turbo F12 Ferrari race-car build. But now it has a braking system recall on it. But that's not going to stop them from getting the job done. They have to get an aftermarket pedal assembly that fits the chassis and the seating position that fits Damon. It's a tight fit, but they are up for the challenge.
The first step is to clean up all the edges that were rough cut before, and then get some mild steel thin wall tubing to make the one-piece tube out of multiple pieces. They'll then tack them all together, and have a template for the tube that they will bend. They'll have to put a 30 or 40° Bend up to get it as high as they can to the roof, and then chop it as needed.
Once the template is done, they'll take notes of all the angles before they start bending it, so that it's easier to replicate. They'll also make sure the Notch is straight up and down, and twist it if needed. With all of this, they'll be able to get the job done in time for Damon's arrival tomorrow.
DDE is always up for a challenge, and this time is no different. They are determined to get the job done, and make sure that Damon's Ferrari is in perfect condition. From cleaning up edges to bending tubes, DDE is taking all the necessary steps to make sure the Ferrari is in tip-top shape. Tune in to their channel to see how they tackle this challenge!
