In a triumphant return, Adam LZ unveils his revamped mint green 964, a project close to his heart. The car, a beacon of air-cooled glory, faced a catastrophic engine failure during dyno testing. However, salvation came in the form of ep9 Motorsport, unraveling a valve issue and paving the way for a comprehensive rebuild. Extreme Cylinder Heads stepped in, delivering high-performance components crucial for the 4L build. With Roth Sports ITB system and MoTeC integration, the car roared back to life, promising a thrilling driving experience.
Behind the wheel, the 964 proved its mettle, showcasing improved power and drivability. The cam choice, more aggressive than a Singer's, allowed for high RPMs and peak power at around 69-7. Engine internals were overhauled, shedding weight for effortless revving, courtesy of Forch Motorsports components. Adam's first time entrusting a shop with his car in years paid off handsomely, culminating in a finely-tuned driving machine ready to conquer the asphalt.
