Welcome to the latest video from TheSmokingTire, where the guys take us on a tour of their brand-new shop, Westside Collector Car Storage South Bay. In this episode, they dive into the challenges they faced while building this impressive facility and the decisions they made along the way. Buckle up, because we're about to explore the ins and outs of this car storage heaven.
The team starts by showing us the temporary lobby, which will eventually become the employee break room. But don't let the simplicity fool you, because they own the building next door too, and that's where the real magic will happen. Renderings of the upcoming lavish entryway and entertainment area leave us eagerly anticipating what's to come.
Moving on, we enter the heart of the facility, where the cars are parked. With 45 Bend pack double lifts, this place is a car enthusiast's dream. They explain that remodeling proved to be a valuable lesson from their previous facility, as it took less time and almost cost the same as building from scratch. The lifts are securely attached to the ground with special rebar reinforced high-density concrete footings, ensuring stability even during earthquakes.
As we explore further, we discover the new roof, complete with solar tube chandeliers that flood the space with natural light. The addition of new windows and high-security doors further enhances the facility's safety. The ventilation system is top-notch, with fresh air being drawn in from the ceiling and circulated around the perimeter, maintaining excellent air quality.
The team also highlights the power supply, with each lift having its own circuit, making maintenance a breeze. They show off the wash and detail bay, equipped with a water filtration system and bright lights. They've thought of everything, even sloping the floor to the drains and making it less slippery.
To top it all off, the facility offers ample space for trucks, SUVs, and even motorcycles. With their attention to detail and commitment to providing a top-notch storage experience, Westside Collector Car Storage South Bay is a car lover's paradise. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the tour of this automotive haven that will make any car enthusiast green with envy.
