In a tumultuous time of shop relocation, Gintani welcomed renowned artist Adam Lemi, adding a touch of flair amidst the chaos. Transitioning from BMWs to high-end exotics like Lamborghinis and McLarens, they faced skepticism in the US market due to their past work on more modest vehicles. To realize their dream of owning a Lamborghini, Gintani needed financial support and convinced their father to cosign, marking a pivotal shift in their business focus. The acquisition of a striking Roso Mars red lp610 Huracan symbolized a new chapter for Gintani, stepping into the world of exotics with gusto.
Following a reconciliation call from Drew Johnson, a key figure in their BMW endeavors, Gintani delved into their work on the Huracan, including the development of a twin-turbo kit and preparation for SEMA. However, a devastating car accident derailed their plans, prompting a shift towards the McLaren 720s. With a spare motor in hand, Gintani began crafting new products for the 720s, collaborating with Marco from Magnus Motorsports to enhance McLaren engines. Their focus on McLaren rods, pistons, and cranks underscored their commitment to pushing boundaries in the high-performance automotive realm.
The allure of the Aventador, with its formidable V12 engine and commanding presence, captivated Gintani, fueling their desire to add this automotive icon to their collection despite the challenges posed by the pandemic. As they navigated through uncertain times, Gintani's unwavering passion for performance and innovation shone through, driving them to explore new horizons and push the boundaries of what's possible in the realm of high-performance vehicles.
