After a long and arduous battle with the City of Huntington Beach, they have finally obtained the engineering plans necessary to update their 35-year-old building. However, there's a catch, and it's a big one. It turns out that the mezzanine, which was never approved by the city, needs to be completely torn down and rebuilt. This means saying goodbye to the wall and the stairs as well. Getting a different building is a better idea than waiting for the current one to be finished
