DDE is back at it again, this time with an ambitious project to get a B12 Ferrari engine completely torn down and ready for the SEMA show in just 82 days. With such a short timeline, the first step was to get the engine onto an engine stand. After trying to save money with a cheap engine stand from Harbor Freight, it was clear that wasn't going to work. So, DDE purchased the best engine stand they had, but it still wasn't enough. To make sure the engine was secure, DDE had to get creative and design a custom adapter to bolt onto the engine and the engine stand. After designing the part, they sent it to the plasma table to be cut out. After bolting the engine to the stand, they took it over to the two post lift and strapped it on. With the engine secured, DDE could finally start tearing it apart.
It's no secret that DDE loves to take on the most challenging car projects, and this one is no exception. With the engine torn down, DDE can now start the process of ordering parts and getting custom things made. But, even with the most ambitious projects, DDE knows it's important to take a break every now and then. That's why they're happy to have their sponsor, My Konami Slot Machine, to help them relax and take their mind off things. With My Konami, you can play some of your favorite slot machines straight off the casino floor and even win some prizes.
DDE knows that supercars, exotic cars, and car modifications are all part of the luxury lifestyle, and they're always up for the challenge. With their daily vlogs, automotive events, car meets, and luxury drives, DDE is always looking for the next car adventure. So, be sure to check out their channel for the latest updates on their F12 build and all their other car projects.
